WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we typically process orders for 1-2 business days. Once an order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Please note, your tracking number may not update for 48 hours while it's on the way to the courier.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing your order when you place your order. Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Once you've received your package and wish to return it, please let us know by messaging shopsummitbeauty@outlook.com

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We proudly ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: Available within the United States, Canada, and the listed European countries on every order, excluding donations and prior to discounts, promotions, and taxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders can typically take 1-5 business days to process. Once your order has shipped, the tracking may not immediately show updates from the provider. Once the tracking information is scanned by the carrier, Standard Ground Shipping can take between 5-10 business days
CAN I PLACE ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we ship to the following countries: United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Subject to the terms of this Shipping & Return Policy, we only accept returns for products that are damaged or broken upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, you must request it within fifteen (15) days from the date your item was shipped. The item must be unused, unopened (with product seals intact), in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, a refund for any items that do not meet these conditions, including items not purchased directly from our online store.

During checkout, you can add, edit, or delete your payment information. Please select one credit or debit card to complete your order.
When your credit or debit card is authorized, funds are placed on hold until the transaction is completed. Payment is processed when your order is shipped.
CAN I PAY WITH PayPal?
PayPal is an alternative payment method for purchasing orders on summitbeauty.shop. It allows anyone with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal balance for any purchase.
